Handling of Customer Returns
For all markets where we offer distribution, we also provide transport solutions for customer returns. Each carrier and market has slightly different procedures for how customers can return their items, and the return transit time to our warehouse varies accordingly.
As soon as a return arrives at our warehouse, we promptly register its arrival so your store is immediately informed that the return has been received. The return is then placed in a queue for processing, so the products can be re-added to inventory and made available for resale as soon as possible.
