We exclusively offer fulfillment services for small and medium-sized fashion e- commerce businesses with active stores and turnover on their inventory. For example, we do not provide return handling as a standalone service, nor do we offer 3PL solutions for product categories outside of fashion.
Our core expertise lies in warehousing and distributing soft-packaged goods—specifically clothing. We do not handle bicycles, televisions, or wheelbarrows; our systems and processes are purpose-built for fashion logistics. The only exception we make is container re-picking for B2B distribution—though even in those cases, we prefer to work with fashion brands.
Everyone on our team is trained in all warehouse processes. This allows us to dynamically allocate staff based on real-time priorities. For instance, on Mondays, we dedicate all available personnel to picking and packing as long as there are orders to fulfill. We don’t operate with fixed roles where one person only picks and packs, another only handles inbound shipments, and a third only works with returns. Instead, our flexible structure ensures maximum efficiency across the board.


Our Process Prioritization
Our operations follow a clearly defined set of priorities:
Processing customer returns for resale
This is our lowest priority, as it is time-consuming and results in fewer sellable items per hour of labor. While important, it is the least efficient area in terms of output.
Picking and packing new customer orders
We believe the highest priority should always be to ensure fast delivery of customer orders. Quick fulfillment directly improves customer satisfaction.
Processing customer returns for refunds
Our second highest priority is handling returns that result in refunds. Fast refunds increase the likelihood that a customer will return to the store in the future.
Inbound processing of new stock
We place a higher priority on receiving new inventory than on organizing returns for resale. Inbound deliveries are typically much more efficient to process and have a higher throughput.
